This is a space for couples and gifted individuals, adults with ADHD, and self-employed people who don’t fit the standard mold: Together, we look at the chaos in your mind, sort through your emotions, and meet interpersonal challenges and self-doubt with compassion. In therapy / psychological counseling I focus on topics such as giftedness and neurodiversity (including ADHD and autism), healthier emotional regulation, attachment and relationship issues, and building self-confidence that sustains you regardless of your performance or external evaluations. I particularly enjoy supporting self-employed individuals, entrepreneurs, and executives in their personal development and emphasize a scientifically grounded approach based on cognitive behavioral therapy, combined with mindfulness-based methods (such as MBCT), practical tools for emotion regulation, and yoga therapy. MBCT, emotion-focused work and communication styles are serving as basis for couples therapy. I am a trained Psychologist (M.Sc.) originally from Germany. My psychology degree has been recognised by the Danish Supervisory Board and I am a member of the Danish Psychological Association (Dansk Psykologisk Forening). I am also a member of a German network of psychologists and therapists specialising in giftedness (Können-Macht-Spaß). I attend regular group supervision and individual support to ensure my ongoing professional development and maintain a safe and ethical practice. I offer online sessions in German and English. In-person sessions are possible in Østerport at SALIG, Masnedøgade 20 2100 København. Waiting time online sessions: 1 week Waiting time in person (Copenhagen office): up to 2 weeks I can't work with referrals or insurances.
