I am specialized in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which is the method I apply in my practice. During our first session, we'll explore the reasons that brought you to therapy, set your goals and decide which is the best way to help you reach them. I like explaining the CBT approach so you can understand what we'll be working with, and making it easier to apply the tools in the future.
